Sales Trainee Role at Bloor Homes - Sales & Marketing

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team at Bloor Homes - Sales & Marketing. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the process of purchasing their new home, providing exceptional customer service, and developing a rewarding career with full training and support provided.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the product and its construction, relevant local information, competitors, our unique selling points, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008, and use such knowledge in a professional and structured manner.
* Ensure Bloor Homes Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy is adhered to and all visitors are made aware of the requirements to wear PPE when entering the construction areas of the development.
* Initiate approaches to prospects, record and follow up all visitors, regularly update and progress all prospects via Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and CRM system.
* Take reservations and initiate all paperwork with speed and accuracy to support such sales, ensuring all purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**

* No prior experience in property sales is necessary.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Outstanding people skills and confidence.
* Positivity and target-driven with good self-motivation.
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as these are peak times for new home sales with the benefit of having one weekend off every four weeks.
* A full UK driving licence.
