About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Adult Social Care Transformation Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to the delivery of our ambitious transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver a programme of work focused on ensuring the local authority is well-prepared for CQC Assurance.
  • Liaise with colleagues across the service to develop our evidence library and quality assure documentation provided.
  • Ensure the voice of people we support is heard and brought to the fore, as an essential part of quality assurance and improvement.
  • Develop robust improvement plans with colleagues and monitor delivery, refreshing our approach as required.
  • Utilise excellent report writing skills to update our current Adult Social Care Self Assessment Narrative and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
About You

We are looking for a driven and passionate individual who is committed to delivering high-quality social care services. You will have a strong understanding of the social care sector and be able to demonstrate your expertise in quality assurance and improvement.

You will be a self-leader who is able to take responsibility for your work and be accountable for delivering results. You will also be a strong communicator who is able to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
