Job Overview
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead in Psychological Medicine to join their flagship Acute Trust Psychological Medicine Centre. The successful candidate will work alongside a team of 13 consultant psychiatrists and over 40 psychologists, providing innovative and integrated care to patients with complex mental health needs.
The ideal candidate will have a CCT in general adult psychiatry or old age psychiatry, with significant recent experience in adult and/or old age psychiatry. They will also have effective administrative and time management skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly in response to changing service needs.
Main Duties
- Work alongside a large number of psychiatrists and psychologists integrated into medical teams across the Trust
- Provide innovative and integrated care to patients with complex mental health needs
- Develop and implement effective administrative and time management systems
