Job Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our participants while they visit our Imaging centre in Bristol.
You will be responsible for ensuring participant welfare throughout their visit, maintaining confidentiality, and obtaining blood samples via venepuncture (training provided).
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure participant welfare throughout their visit
- Maintain the confidentiality of volunteers and staff
- Obtain blood samples via venepuncture (training provided)
- Conduct physical measures to collect data from the participant
- Conduct study interviews with participants to obtain health information
- Liaise with the co-ordinating site laboratory
- Update co-ordinating site laboratory with any issues that have arisen
- Ensure samples are kept within designated temperatures
- Ensure all equipment is operating as it should and escalating any issues
- Maintain cleanliness of imaging centre

Essential requirements include:
