About the Role
  • Partner with hiring managers across the firm, supporting the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Work with hiring managers to draft role profiles for vacancies and agree on appropriate sourcing and selection strategies
  • Drive direct hires through networking, direct approaches, referrals, advertising, and other tools as required
  • Manage recruitment agency relationships
  • Advise and assist with selection techniques, support the interview process as required, and engage with other selection tools

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in recruitment and hiring, solid in-house recruitment experience, and a sound understanding of job boards and all avenues of obtaining candidate leads. They will be proactive, flexible, confident, and have a positive attitude, with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
