Sales Negotiator

As a Senior Sales Negotiator with Dove and Hawk, you will be responsible for working with high-end clients in central London to find their dream properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to negotiate effectively to secure the best deals for all parties involved.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience working in central London sales and a proven track record of completing market appraisals and winning business. They will also have strong IT skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Registering applicants and responding to online enquiries
* Arranging and attending viewings for prospective buyers
* Providing detailed viewing feedback to vendors
* Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
* Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Salary: £45,000 per annum (estimated)
In addition to the competitive salary, you will also receive a pool car and benefits package.
