Main Responsibilities- Nursing Care Provision: Direct, supervise, and monitor the delivery of high-quality nursing care to level 1, level 2, and level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Patients in accordance with statutory requirements, trust policies, and directorate guidelines.
- Unit Management: Participate in the management of the Neonatal Unit in the absence of a Senior Charge Nurse, demonstrating effective organizational and leadership skills.
To be successful in this role, you must have a current NMC registration and post-registration experience in neonatal nursing.
This position is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £37,338 per annum (pro rata for part-time), reflecting your skills and expertise.
