About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrification Project Manager to join our team at Octavius Infrastructure. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of electrification projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide visionary leadership for electrification projects, ensuring they are executed with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive project strategies, including scope, schedules, and budgets, to achieve project objectives and align with the company's mission.
  • Team Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers, fostering effective working relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, anticipating potential challenges and implementing contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and make strategic financial decisions to ensure the financial viability of projects.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, civil engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing electrification projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams, build effective relationships, and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of electrification systems, power distribution, and related infrastructure, including familiarity with electrical codes and standards.
