Electrification Project Manager Role

Octavius Infrastructure is seeking a highly skilled Electrification Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of electrification projects, ensuring they are executed with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project strategies, including scope, schedules, and budgets, to achieve project objectives and align with the company's mission.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers, fostering effective working relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, anticipating potential challenges and implementing contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, reporting on progress, milestones, and key performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing electrification projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with electrification systems, OHL, power distribution, and infrastructure development, including an understanding of relevant technologies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams, build effective relationships, and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
