Job Description: This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Residential Support Worker, working directly with children and young people in care. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional support, promoting independence, and fostering positive relationships.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of each child, including emotional, social, and educational development.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, actively listening to their concerns and aspirations.
  • Participate in regular supervision, receiving feedback and guidance to enhance your practice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement care plans, ensuring every child receives the necessary support and resources.
  • Document progress, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Attend meetings and contribute to discussions, sharing expertise and best practices.

Benefits: Salary range £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, paid annual leave, pension scheme, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
