Vetro Recruitment is recruiting a Therapeutic Care Practitioner to join our team, working in nursing and residential homes throughout the Caerphilly area.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Utilize manual handling equipment to facilitate safe and efficient patient transfers.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a healthcare setting and be proficient in using manual handling equipment. We offer competitive pay rates, flexible shift patterns, and opportunities for professional development.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Prior experience in a healthcare setting (minimum 6 months).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents.
