Senior Accountant / Client ManagerWe are a dynamic and growing accountancy company based in Waterlooville, seeking a skilled Senior Accountant / Client Manager to join our team.
As a Senior Accountant / Client Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality financial services.
- Engage clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Anticipate and address any outstanding issues with thorough follow-up
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients
- Prepare and submit accurate accounts and tax returns in a timely manner
- Provide expert advice on financial matters like cashflow, budgets, and pricing to help clients thrive
- Keep meticulous records through efficient bookkeeping and manage VAT returns and CIS
- Act as a liaison between clients and HMRC to resolve any inquiries that may arise
- Conduct comprehensive end-of-year financial and fee reviews to ensure clients' success.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:
- A generous holiday package, including 28 days of holiday time (excluding bank holidays, which you can book off if you choose) and an extra day off to celebrate your birthday
