Business Development Manager

We're seeking a highly experienced General Manager to join our UK Business Coaching Team at ActionCOACH. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your coaching skills, build a small team, and share your expertise with business owners who are eager to grow.
This exciting role requires a focused mind, hard work, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. You'll be working closely with business owners to:
- Establish clear personal and business goals
- Implement organisational change and improvement initiatives
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
- Build strong business processes and systems
- Develop high-performing teams with a strong business culture
- Prepare for business expansion and sale
You'll be a team player with a proven track record of delivering results, excellent communication and rapport-building skills, and a genuine interest in business and making a difference. You'll also have solid skills and experience in business, coaching, marketing/sales, leadership, and the ability to learn from others.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base pay, retention bonus, and commission for referred business.
