Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled EUC Deployment Analyst to join our London-based team. This individual will be responsible for managing and delivering proactive critical end-user activities, including scheduled equipment upgrades, equipment joiner and leaver activities, asset lifecycle management, and ensuring optimal performance of computers and iPhone assets.

Our Work within ICT

Brunswick Group's ICT department is a key service provider to the business, delivering Internal ICT services to colleagues across 27 offices worldwide. Our team works closely with the ICT Security team to integrate security-oriented projects seamlessly into our processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for equipment upgrades in the UK, Europe, and IMEA regions.
  • Manage computer builds for all new computers and mobiles.
  • Assist with equipment activities for Joiner, Mover, and Leaver requests.
  • Monitor hardware using key system monitoring tools to create proactive actions.
  • Manage asset activities on all computer and mobile devices.
  • Securely retire and dispose of computer and mobile devices.
  • Assist with projects related to end-user computing upgrades.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
  • Knowledge of supporting and deploying Windows 11.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience working with Active Directory or Entra ID.
  • Experience in working within JAMF.
  • Previous experience in a technical support role.
  • Knowledge of hardware monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Flexible and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
  • Highly collaborative, working comfortably as part of a team.
