Senior EUC Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior EUC Engineer to join our team at JNC Recruitment Limited. As a Senior EUC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all End User Computing systems, including Project, BAU, and service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd line EUC support
  • Support systems that cover Security patching, Monitoring, Disaster Recovery, and Backups
  • Manage and support Server builds
  • Promote and adhere to Service Management processes
  • Help with the deployment and support of new EUC services

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in a Senior EUC role
  • Strong knowledge and experience of EUC, including Windows OS, M365, endpoint management, and security
  • Experience with VDI on-prem and cloud
  • Strong skills with Windows Server
  • Strong skills with Active Directory and ideally Exchange
  • Skills with SQL Server
  • Experience supporting Citrix, SCCM, Intune, VMware, etc.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based technologies (Citrix Cloud, Azure, or AWS)
  • Experience supporting Backup technologies
