About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior EUC Engineer to lead our IT support operations in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-tier service to our users, with a strong focus on excellence and efficiency.

As a Senior EUC Engineer, you will be responsible for analysing our environment, identifying gaps, and engineering solutions to automate processes for the business and its users with PowerShell. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless IT support and maintain a high level of service quality.

This is a Microsoft environment, so you will need to be well-versed in Windows, O365, Azure, Azure Active Directory/ Entra ID. Additionally, in-depth knowledge of MS365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams, is required. Microsoft qualifications would be preferred.

This is a hybrid position with three days on-site per week. You will be well paid, with a salary of up to £80K plus a discretionary bonus.
