About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled SHE Manager to join our team in Eastbourne. As the lead figure in promoting a strong safety culture, you will create strategies for our SHE functions and ensure adherence to ISO standards. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective strategies for our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality functions
• Oversee the work of the SHE Team to ensure delivery of solid results
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business decisions

Requirements:
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
• Proven track record of success in a safety, occupational health, environmental and/or quality assurance role
• Strong knowledge and experience with ISO standards
• Experience within an engineering/electronics environment

Salary: £62,000 - £82,000 per annum
