Job Description

The Leisure Attendant Safety Specialist will be responsible for maintaining constant surveillance of customers in the facility, acting immediately and appropriately to secure their safety in emergency situations.

This role will provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services. The post is based at Hillbrow Health & Wellbeing, a health and wellbeing hub that brings together high-quality sport and leisure facilities alongside accessible NHS and private community healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Surveillance of customers in the facility
  • Providing emergency care and treatment
  • Securing customer safety in emergency situations

  • Able to understand hazards related to pool conditions
  • Tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers who break rules
  • Ability to stay calm under extreme circumstances

Essential Experience:
  • Similar work environment
Qualifications:
  • NPLQ qualification
Desirable Qualifications:
