**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within designated territories.
  • Establish sales goals and objectives for the sales team, monitoring progress towards achieving targets.
  • Collaborate with the Region Manager to align sales initiatives with regional objectives and strategies.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team to provide feedback and guidance.
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth and expansion within the territory, developing plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients within the territory.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for sales operations within the territory.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as required.
