**Job Title:** Credit Control Team Lead

**Location:** London or Cardiff / Hybrid working

We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Team Lead to join our team at Sonovate. As a key member of our Business Unit, you will be responsible for leading the Credit Control team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs and metrics.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Credit Control team and ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs and metrics
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective credit control procedures and processes
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement

**Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in credit control or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
