About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Manager to lead our credit control function and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the credit control process, ensuring effective debt collection and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

The role involves managing the end-to-end credit control process, including debt collection and payment allocation, monitoring aged debt, and producing regular reports for senior management.

As a Credit Control Manager, you will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of credit controllers, providing training and guidance.

  • Leading the credit control team to achieve optimal debt recovery results.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and debtors.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to support month-end processes and reporting.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
