We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience Centre as a Contact Centre Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all telephone and online enquiries, ensuring that our brand is represented appropriately and meeting customer expectations wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all telephone and online enquiries in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring that customer expectations are met.
- Work to individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Maximise workshop capacity through central service booking procedures and prospecting activity.
- Respond to all customer contacts in a friendly and timely manner, recording all information required to support ongoing customer relationship management.
- Ensure online enquiry service levels are continually achieved and exceeded where appropriate.
- Maximise opportunities to upsell specified products, such as Service Care.
- Adhere to policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.
- Service booking/reception experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Desire to succeed and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- PC literate, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management systems.
- Problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- The drive to build customer rapport and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle pressure working in a busy call centre environment.
