About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced After Sales Engineer to join our expanding team at Alliance Consulting. As a leading recruitment agency specializing in the placement of engineers throughout the UK, we are proud to offer a unique opportunity for a talented individual to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and administrative support for all aspects of our after sales activities, communicating regularly with our global customers from initial enquiries to preparing detailed proposals relating to all our products.
  • Identify and provide spare parts, drawings, and other technical documentation as required.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms and conditions with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of after sales services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical or electrical engineering background with a strong understanding of technical drawings.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a machinery manufacturing or engineering services company.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in MRP/ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
