The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with residents of all backgrounds. They will be able to design and implement a varied programme of events and activities, fostering a sense of community and ensuring residents live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a diverse range of activities and events
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure activities align with residents' care plans
  • Lead and inspire a small team of activity coordinators
  • Maintain budgets and ensure activities comply with health and safety standards
