Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Cyber Security Awareness Training Program Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive awareness programs, developing and conducting training sessions, and collaborating with various departments across OT & IT to ensure a strong security culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored educational initiatives to address specific risks, staying up-to-date with emerging threats and user behavior analysis.
  • Measure the effectiveness of awareness campaigns and continuously adapt strategies to mitigate evolving cybersecurity challenges.
  • Integrate individual awareness campaigns from CSOC, Risk Management, SHES, and Insider Threat Mitigation into a coherent whole using internal communications platforms and the Safe+Well framework.
  • Manage vendors and tools related to cybersecurity awareness and training, ensuring they meet organisational needs and compliance standards.
  • Create or acquire engaging training materials, including online courses, workshops, simulations, and hands-on activities addressing key security risks across the IT and OT domains.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field, with a focus on awareness and training delivery initiatives.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA can enhance credibility.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex cybersecurity concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in designing and delivering cybersecurity training programs, including e-learning modules and workshops.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
