Cybersecurity Awareness and Training Program Manager

As a Cybersecurity Awareness and Training Program Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity awareness program that will help our employees stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a cybersecurity awareness program that includes training sessions, workshops, and online courses to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
  • Collaborate with various departments across OT and IT to ensure a strong security culture and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and analyze user behavior to tailor educational initiatives to address specific risks.
  • Measure the effectiveness of the awareness program and continuously adapt strategies to mitigate evolving cybersecurity challenges.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field, with a focus on awareness and training delivery initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex cybersecurity concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in designing and delivering cybersecurity training programs, including e-learning modules and workshops.
  • Proficiency in assessing the effectiveness of awareness programs, analyzing metrics, and making data-driven improvements.
