Job Title: Senior Cyber Security Specialist

Lorien is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for promoting cyber awareness and delivering training to stakeholders on the importance of cyber security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to and communicate PCRM policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure security principles are understood and applied across the business.
  • Lead the implementation and compliance of guidelines and standards by providing advice and expert guidance as well as intervention programs to ensure the identification and communication of security risks.
  • Develop and deliver creative and engaging events and programs to promote cyber awareness and security best practices.
Requirements:
  • Good experience of the safety culture of a financial institution, with experience planning and supporting PCRM capacity.
  • Experience with technical tools and techniques related to culture and delivery across the organization.
  • Familiar with Scaled Agile work methods.
