About the Role

Coventry Building Society is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead its Cyber Security Defences by building a strong organisational cyber culture change. The successful candidate will provide dedicated focus and expertise on embedding good behaviours and monitoring these, contributing to the People Cyber Risk Management Strategy and delivering intervention campaigns with associated industry technology tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong baseline of Information Security knowledge across the breadth of the space, along with direct experience of delivering security culture change and driving a dramatic shift away from compliance-driven behaviours towards a more rounded embedded approach to people cyber risk management.

As a Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive People Cyber Risk Management Strategy
  • Delivering intervention campaigns to promote a strong organisational cyber culture change
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed good behaviours and monitor these
  • Contributing to the development of industry-leading Cyber Security practices
