Temporary Governance Officer

We are delighted to be representing a prestigious Russell Group University, based in London, who are seeking a temporary Governance Officer to join their team on a three-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading institution in the higher education sector, providing expert Governance assistance to Committees, Subsidiaries Boards, and other Internal Boards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Directing Governance schemes and policies to support effective decision-making across the university
  • Supporting the Head of Governance and Legal Services with administrative tasks and record-keeping
  • Providing written and verbal communication capabilities, including writing precise records and minutes from meetings
  • Conscripting guidance papers on governance necessities, procedures, and values, as well as consulting stakeholders on them

This is a full-time, remote working position, with a negotiable hourly rate based on experience.
