About the Role
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement tailored care plans, ensuring that each client receives the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
- Assisting clients with medication management and administration.
- Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation.
- Engaging with clients to promote their physical and emotional well-being.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £12.79 per hour, plus 30p mileage, and a range of benefits to support your career development and well-being. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be empathetic and compassionate, and have a passion for delivering high-quality care services. You will also need to be physically fit, resilient, and able to work independently as part of a close-knit team. No prior social care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
