We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Vulnerable Care Worker to join our team at Alcedo Care. As a Vulnerable Care Worker, you will work closely with our clients to provide exceptional support and care, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Salary: £13 - £13.50 per hour, plus holiday pay and pension scheme. Our salary reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining talented individuals who share our values.
Job Description:
- Providing emotional and social support to our clients
- Enhancing self-esteem and respect through positive interactions
- Promoting independence and positive life choices
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans
- Facilitating supervised contacts with family members when necessary
- Assisting with daily living tasks and household chores
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar care role
- Holding a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work flexible shifts as per the shift pattern
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding approach
- Strong record-keeping and organizational abilities
