Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Psychological Wellbeing Specialist to join our team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. As a key member of our staff wellbeing service, you will play a vital role in promoting the mental health and wellbeing of our staff members.

About the Job
This is a Band 6 role, and ideal candidates must already be Accredited with the BACP or BABCP. However, applicants who do not currently have the required accreditation for the Band 6 role but fulfill all the eligibility requirements for accreditation, are encouraged to apply.

Main Duties
• Provide expert short-term psychological therapy to staff members
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support

Person Requirements
• Recognized professional qualification in Counselling or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (minimum Diploma level)
• Current membership and accreditation with a recognized professional body (e.g. BABCP, BACP)
• Significant post-qualification experience in multi-disciplinary adult client work

Working with Us
