Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at the Poplar Farm Inn. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for leading a section, training and inspiring your team, and delivering high-quality food to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a section of the kitchen team, ensuring seamless service and high-quality food production.
  • Train and develop your team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Support the Head Chef with food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
