Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our established Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team at a major international pharmaceutical client site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a complex client structure, focusing on Technical, Workplace, and Projects services in both regulatory and non-regulatory areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to meet current and emerging client needs.
  • Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal Sodexo teams to ensure consistent and effective delivery of services.
  • Operate in a GMP/GXP regulatory environment, with a strong understanding of quality in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in IFM, with a bias towards technical services and a good understanding of workplace services.
  • Proven experience in operating in a GMP/GXP regulatory environment and understanding of Quality in pharma or life sciences sector.
  • Engineering, Building, or Building Services Degree or Equivalent Qualification.
  • Proven experience in managing P&L accounts of £20m or more.
  • Understanding of CAFM and management information reporting, data, and insight.
  • Proven operational knowledge, skills, and experience in managing multi-site/multi-service operations.
  • Management of large and diverse teams.
  • Ability to interpret and utilize complex and varied financial and commercial information.
