About Our Care Home

Our care home is committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dignified Living Supporter to join our team and help us achieve this goal.

In this role, you'll work closely with our care team to provide dignified and respectful care to our residents. You'll assist with daily living activities, such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation, while also promoting social interaction and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing dignified and respectful care to our residents, maintaining their dignity and autonomy
  • Working collaboratively with our care team to deliver person-centered care plans
  • Participating in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contributing to the overall success of our care home, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our residents

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, subject to experience and qualifications
