Job Summary
">Precedo Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to a client who has recently returned home following a brain injury.">

The Personal Care Assistant will assist the client with daily activities, maintain accurate records of care provided, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per annum, plus mileage paid for transportation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in home care or a similar role and possess strong communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to the client with daily activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate personnel.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Transport the client using your own vehicle to appointments or social outings as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in home care or a similar role is essential.
  • Knowledge of care plans and ability to follow them accurately.
  • Strong clear communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with clients and families.
  • A valid driving licence is required for transporting clients as needed.
