We are seeking a compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team in Newark-on-Trent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. About the Role:
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in line with their personal plans
- Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation and household chores
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to make their own decisions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
