About the Position

In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with ASD in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement tailored support strategies, using positive behavioral approaches to promote social skills, emotional well-being, and academic achievement.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Provide one-on-one and group support to students with ASD in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
  2. Collaborate with teachers to create and implement personalized support plans
  3. Apply positive behavioral techniques to enhance social skills, emotional stability, and academic success in students with autism
  4. A valid understanding of autism's impact on learning
  5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  7. High level of patience, empathy, and understanding
