About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Server to join our team at Mrs Salisburys' Tea Room. As a Senior Server, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our tea room.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and setting a positive tone for the team
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the tea room, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers
  • Efficiently serve food and drinks to customers, using your expertise to anticipate their needs and preferences


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior server role or similar position, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
