Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our leisure clubs, including poolside, gym floor, and customer service areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
  • Lead and motivate a team of leisure operations staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Leisure Club Manager to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
