About the Role

Bridges Electrical Engineers is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of electricians on various projects across the South East region.

This is a permanent role, contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with paid overtime and travel time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise electrical installations in accordance with BS7671 and Bridges Health & Safety Rules and Essential Standards
  • Ensure high-quality installations, compliant with project quality plans and inspection and test plans
  • Coach and mentor electricians, electrical improvers/mates, and apprentices
  • Promote Bridges' values and positive health and wellbeing among peers
  • Act as an ambassador for Bridges, supporting business goals and maintaining a positive reputation
Requirements
  • ECS gold card (essential)
  • SSSTS / SMSTS (essential)
  • Experience as an Electrical Supervisor, site managing electrical projects
  • Experience within water / heavy industrial industries
  • Able to manage own and others' workload with minimal assistance from Project Management
  • Appropriate City & Guilds trade qualification
  • Relevant H&S certificate
  • Full UK driving license
  • Emergency first aid or First Aider
