Administrative Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Manager to join our team at SF Recruitment (Nottingham). This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and efficient individual to take on a key role in managing daily office operations.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and overseeing various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe working environment, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and developing office policies.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and phone calls.
- Support individual departments through purchasing and ordering processes.
- Provide a welcoming and friendly reception service and receive deliveries to the site.
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all administration team members receive annual appraisals and performance management, including assessing CPD.
- Devise and maintain effective administrative systems for paperwork, including organization, storage, and retrieval.
- Liaise with other departments for administrative requirements or contractor management.
- Manage insurance provision and financial procedures as directed by the wider Trust business support teams.

- A strong work ethic with high-quality standards.
- A good understanding of office management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems and finance management or accountancy systems.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn school policies and procedures.
This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
