We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Manager to join our team at SF Recruitment (Nottingham). This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and efficient individual to take on a key role in managing daily office operations.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and overseeing various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe working environment, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and developing office policies.

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and phone calls.
  • Support individual departments through purchasing and ordering processes.
  • Provide a welcoming and friendly reception service and receive deliveries to the site.
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure all administration team members receive annual appraisals and performance management, including assessing CPD.
  • Devise and maintain effective administrative systems for paperwork, including organization, storage, and retrieval.
  • Liaise with other departments for administrative requirements or contractor management.
  • Manage insurance provision and financial procedures as directed by the wider Trust business support teams.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A strong work ethic with high-quality standards.
  • A good understanding of office management principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft systems and finance management or accountancy systems.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn school policies and procedures.

This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
