Job Description

SF Recruitment (Nottingham) is currently seeking an Administrative Support and Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our staff and clients, as well as contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and phone calls.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good understanding of office management principles and best practices, and proficiency in Microsoft systems and finance management or accountancy systems.
