Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Hott Source. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management, preferably in a creative or print environment
  • Knowledge of production processes, including 3D printing, wood, metal, acrylic, and print
  • Experience with software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Solidworks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
