About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused International Sales Representative to join our team at Unite Foundation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to international students, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate records and data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Native Mandarin speaker with excellent written and spoken fluency.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and WeChat.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the accommodation, hospitality, or education sectors.
