As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Learning and understanding the technical specifications, features, and benefits of the company's products.
  • Building strong relationships with B2B customers over the phone, understanding their technical needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Providing a high level of customer service, converting leads and quotes into firm orders.
  • Working closely with the external sales team to follow up on sales leads.
