Salary and Benefits

Job Description

This role involves providing personal care, hoisting (full training will be given), supporting activities both inside and outside the home, helping plan for and accompany individuals on trips in the local community and further afield using the scheme vehicle, supporting with domestic tasks such as cooking meals and cleaning within the home, and administering medication under supervision (full training will be given). You will work alongside a like-minded team to create a person-centered environment that promotes the independence and well-being of our service users.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a care setting or health and social care field
  • Ability to work to a rota and preferably hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle
  • Capacity to recognize the wishes and needs of the people you care for and communicate effectively using different methods according to their needs
