About the Opportunity

G8 Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Centre Manager to join our team of exceptional Early Childhood professionals. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining an outstanding learning environment for our children.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care
  • Develop and implement programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

About You

  • You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services
  • You will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • You will have proven experience as an educator in an early childhood service, working with children aged 0-5 years
  • You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You will hold a current Working with Children Check/Blue Card/DCSI Clearance and First Aid certificate
