About the Opportunity

G8 Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Centre Manager to join our team of exceptional Early Childhood professionals. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining an outstanding learning environment for our children.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care
  • Develop and implement programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for children and families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

About You

  • You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
  • First Aid certificate
