Payable Transaction Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Payable Transaction Coordinator to join our finance team in Wigan.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process supplier invoices and respond to queries.
  • Match, batch, and code supplier invoices for accurate payment processing.
  • Analyse expenses using Excel and reconcile supplier statements.
  • Prepare supplier invoices for payment and support with supplier payments.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
